Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

DeniedPixels is a digital product (browser extension) delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, this policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds.

2. 14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with DeniedPixels for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@deniedpixels.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. After the 14-Day Period

Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund or credit if:

  • A critical bug prevents the extension from functioning and we are unable to resolve it
  • A feature advertised at the time of purchase is permanently removed

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Partial-period refunds are not provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle

7. Plan Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated automatically by our payment processor (Whop). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

8. App Store Purchases (iOS/Safari)

Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store are billed and managed entirely by Apple. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. To cancel an App Store subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us at support@deniedpixels.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account and license being suspended.

10. Free Tier

The free tier of DeniedPixels has no associated charges and therefore is not eligible for refunds.
