Is DeniedPixels safe to use?

Yes. DeniedPixels processes everything locally on your device. The extension only requires image access permissions on the pages you visit — it never sends data externally.

Does it send my images or browsing data anywhere?

No. All image analysis is performed by an on-device AI model using ONNX Runtime. No images, URLs, or browsing data are ever transmitted to any server. The only network request the paid version makes is a one-time license activation check.

Which browsers are supported?

DeniedPixels is available for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari (iOS). It also works on Android via Chromium-based browsers like Lemur and Quetta.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. For iOS/Safari subscriptions, manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. The extension continues working in free mode after cancellation.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied, no questions asked. Contact us through your account page. For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Please note that Apple manages its own refund process and we cannot guarantee the outcome.

How do I activate my license?

After purchasing, you'll receive a license key by email. Open the DeniedPixels extension settings, enter your key, and click Activate. That's it — your premium features unlock instantly. On iOS/Safari, premium features are activated through In-App Purchase — no license key needed.
